Shivi Thakur is a program officer with the Program Strategy and Impact team at CARE USA. She has strong academic and professional background in gender inclusion, and social accountability programming and advocacy across NGOs and IOs in Nepal, Ecuador, and the United States. Shivi holds an MA in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University with specializations in gender analysis and development economics. Shivi speaks Nepali, English, Hindi, and Spanish.
