Excellent skills in Project designing, planning, implementation, financial and budget management, monitoring, and evaluation, decision making for market system development (MSD), nutrition-sensitive agricultural value chain, economic development, food security, livelihood development project. I have certified PMD Pro, Proposal Pro, and US Grants Solutions and provided technical leadership for designing and implementing M4P and USAID Market System Development Approach, Graduation Approach, savings group, and entrepreneurship development. I have strong experience on identify key constraints and designing market-based solutions for strengthening the agriculture market systems and strategic decisions making, team building, strengthening partnership, linkage, and collaboration with the public & private sector, leading to facilitated training nationally and internationally on value chain approach (M4P and USAID Approach).
