Market Systems Theme Month 2023

The market systems approach has been with us for a while. USAID launched its “Leveraging Economic Opportunities” activity ten years ago (2013) to develop and test the market systems development (MSD) approach and released its Framework for Inclusive Market Systems Development a year later in 2014. Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P), a complementary MSD approach, has been around even longer.
