Emanuela Montanari-Stephens is an International Program Specialist with the Office of Trade and Scientific Capacity Building at the Foreign Agricultural Service of the U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA).  Emanuela manages the implementation of the Food Safety Network, an inter-agency agreement between USDA and USAID to support the food safety and trade elements of the U.S. Government’s Global Food Security Strategy.  The Food Safety Network supports technical capacity building of sanitary and phytosanitary systems around the world.
