I have more than 11 years’ experience, working with non-Governmental development organizations in coordination positions, leading, coordinating, coaching, and mentoring Agriculture and Private Sector Market actors, individuals and Cooperatives facilitating increase of produce and compliance with environmental management requirements

Highly skilled in engaging strategically  and creating linkages through networking of different market actors, experienced in working  with small and medium producer businesses and production firms, Facilitated in establishment of 1,440 self-help groups, engaged them through training, coaching and mentorship until they graduated and registered as formal Cooperatives with vision and Goals to sustainably address their communal challenges.  

High experience in working with consortium partners where,  worked with East Africa Dairy Development Project, implemented by  Heifer International, Tecno-Serve, African Breeders Total Cattle Management and ICRAF from 2008-2012, serving the partners as Breeding Specialist  with responsibilities including but not limited to establishment of viable Dairy farmer business associations, mobilize and ensure farmers' livestock production behaior is changed to increase uptake of artificial insemination as the technology to boost milk production and reduce environmental pollution, Recruited, training of 118 private inseminators to establish service providers Cooperative, acquired registration certificate and linked them to RAB as the source of semen and other extension service 

Worked with Rwanda Dairy Competitiveness program two from June 2012-September 2016 implemented by a consortium of Land O’Lakes and African breeders’ Total cattle management (ABS-TCM) providing support to Diary related MSMEs to improve milk quality and increase livestock productivity through production technologies seek to obtain seal of quality where we I reviewed the requirements of the job opening and I believe my candidacy is an excellent fit for this position. Was among the team that initiated mass artificial insemination in Rwanda to boost milk production by minimizing the number of bulls per herd.

While working with Heifer International Rwanda  in Dairy Hub integration into IFAD Funded projects (DHI) (2016-2019) as Community Mobilization manager, Organize 37,440 producer households into Community based farmer groups, trained them (using holistic approach) on behavior change, farming as business, business management, gender balance in Agriculture value chain and human nutrition. The acquired knowledge helped them to raise funds on weekly basis, open accounts in financial institutions and initiated income generating activities. The farmers were linked to  Milk collections centers (MCCs) through establishment of Milk aggregation points which served as set-lites to increase sales for both producers.

Worked with Land O'Lakes Venture 37 in Orora Wiahze, a project implementing the activities by using Market System Development approach. In this Project, as an Intervention and Environmental Portfolio manager, I work as front line personnel who initiates concept notes that engaged different partners in production, Animal source foods development, Market access and ensure development of strategies that increase consumption of Animal foods by working with Private Sector. Facilitated development of different models that are being used to increase sales for partners and ensure that women and children are accessing and consuming ASF products.

Trained Environmentally Sound Design & Management fellow by USAID Rwanda

In my position I have developed environmental mitigation and Monitoring plans for 52 Project partners, followed up on the implementation of Compliance practices and ensured that all Project partners understand and report on proper actions related to Environmentally sound and Development management around their businesses.

Facilitated in the development of waste management plans, cleaning calendars and coached project partners on routine monitoring and and reporting 

My educational background  focused on agricultural products marketing, Business and firm management, people management and problem-solving . I hold Masters degree in Environmental management and International development Studies obtained from University of Lay Adventist of Kigali (2022), hold a Bachelor's  degree in Agribusiness, obtained from University of Kibungo (Rwanda) in 2014 and Advanced Diploma in Veterinary Sciences awarded by University of Rwanda in 2008. 

Through the International Journal of Advances in Engineering and Management (IJAEM), Published a paper entitled  contribution of Financial Literacy on Rural Women Entrepreneurs Development in Rwanda
