Over 16 years of experience in managing international development projects in the areas of program implementation, field operations, financial management, M&E and other areas. Supported small and medium producer organization development in Angola, Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. Currently, he serving as NCBA CLUSA's COP for the USDA-funded El Salvador Coffee Rehabilitation and Agricultural Diversification project that supports 7,741 coffee farmers.
