Asmaul Husna
Asmaul Husna is currently working as Communication Analyst at International Wheat and Maize Improvement Center (CIMMYT). She worked with Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS) as Communication Officer and Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) as Publication Associate. While working in the CPD, she’s rigorously engaged in editing and publishing books, journal articles, policy briefs and working papers.
For few years, she worked as Sub-editor in the Daily Observer. She also taught English Literature in an English medium school, Academia. She studied B.A. and M.A. in English Language and Literature from Eastern University and Jahangirnagar University respectively. She received the SAARC Silver Jubilee Scholarship from South Asian University, New Delhi to pursue a master’s degree in Sociology in 2020.
Her poetry book as co-author titled love, life & all that was published by Barnes and Noble Press, New York in 2020. This book was published by JustFiction titled “Lyrics of Life: A Poetry Collection” in 2020 primarily focusing on European readers. Till now, it has been translated into French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
