Katherine Moore is a Program Specialist joining the Inclusive Development Division of Program Office of the Bureau for Resilience and Food Security at USAID. Professionally, Katherine has spent the past 4 years working within the government contracting industry sector, with the bulk of her responsibilities encompassing project management, as well as database management. Katherine possesses a Master’s Degree in Public and International Affairs, specializing in International Political Economy from University of Pittsburgh. During her graduate studies, Katherine interned at the Department of Commerce as a Trade Promotion Intern in Pittsburgh, PA. Bachelor’s Degree in History with a minor in Russian Area Studies from Clemson University. During her undergraduate studies, Katherine completed a semester abroad in Moscow, Russia at Moscow State Agricultural University, where she studied international agriculture. Her region of academic focus was Russia, specializing in Russian financial systems, language, and culture.
