Shelby Bourgault
Shelby Bourgault is a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Senior Specialist at MarketShare Associates. Previously she was a research associate with the gender program at the Center for Global Development (CGD) and the program associate for gender, economic empowerment, and livelihoods at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW). Her work focuses on social protection, care work, labor economics, and financial inclusion. She holds an MSc in Gender, Development & Globalization from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies from Connecticut College.
