Sara Pruckner
I am passionate about using technology and data science to enable sustainable decision-making, focusing on nature, biodiversity and our dependencies and impacts on ecosystem services.
Currently, I am Geospatial Lead at Oxford Earth Observation, where my work revolves around using a combination of satellite data, local measurements, national statistics, and modeling techniques to tackle climate-related water challenges. In my role, I keep a close eye on water resources, aiming to ensure their sustainability and accessibility, especially for agriculture and food security.
With a strong technical background and a passion for water, biodiversity, agriculture, food security, and climate change, I'm excited to collaborate with others who share my commitment to a more sustainable world. I believe that these issues are all interconnected, and sustainable solutions are crucial for a resilient future.
