A versatile Disaster Risk Management practitioner, M&E Specialist, Social worker and a leader , passionate about serving to bridge disaster information and management gaps to ensure sustainable development. My diverse working background enables me to undertake community mobilization, facilitation, activity planning, public speaking for the effectiveness of projects implementation. I possess Disaster Risk Reduction knowledge useful in various sectors of economy e.g. agriculture, community development for multidimensional vulnerability reduction to achieve sustainable development and resilience. I also consist of knowledge of climate change and adaptation strategies in the context of environmental management and sustainability expertise. I have knowledge and strong skills in GIS and Remote Sensing , planning, Creativity and Innovation, monitoring, Data Analysis and Reporting, leadership, governance, frameworks, community mobilization, capacity building and coordination. I have worked in facilitating the implementation of donor funded Disaster Risk and Climate Change resilience building and emergency recovery programs.
