Oliver is a Food Systems Advisor USAID's Food Safety Division within the Center for Nutrition. He supports programs in food systems and incorporates water, sanitation, and health into USAID Feed the Future initiatives where applicable. Oliver is a licensed engineer with interests in the food-water-energy nexus and its application to climate, health, and food safety. His previous experience includes water, wastewater, and water resources design and process engineering.
