Nicole Lefore
Nicole Lefore has over 25 years of international experience in research, policy advocacy and project implementation related to development, natural resources (water and land), institutions and capacity development. Her thematic areas of interest include: smallholder irrigation; gender and equality; natural resource management institutions and policy; conflict and governance; as well as qualitative and participatory research methods. She has recently added smallholder finance mechanisms and market systems to her research. Across thematic areas, she has conducted extensive analysis and advised decision-makers in policy issues and program development, along with numerous published works. She has professional networks and geographic experience across Africa.
