Mark Leclair
Communication for development expert with 9 years of professional experience in program development, design and evaluation; project management and coordination. Specialization in monitoring, evaluation and learning and knowledge management with a focus on impact-oriented participatory communication programming. 5 years of international experience in East, West and Southern Africa. Trained expertise in results-based management, international development policy, agricultural value chain analysis and information and communication technology for development (ICT4D) applications. Mark has a Masters in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) as well as an undergraduate degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa. He currently leads the FRI Knowledge Management Team and coordinates the monitoring, learning and evaluation strategy.
