Joseph has 15 years of experience in Livelihoods and Market systems work in Africa, operating in think markets scenario - south Sudan Somalia, Northern Nigeria, and Refugee camps. He has held previously held management field positions in Kenya, Nigeria, Switzerland, Indonesia, Uganda and South Sudan for instance. He is a grassroots facilitator and animator with experience with communities.
Ardent trainer and mentor for SMEs in Agribusiness on formalization, investor readiness, export market orientation and compliance for market entry. He currently supports more than 34 SMEs in Eastern Africa, Farmer Cooperatives and companies in pathways to markets by enabling them to have solid and sustainable supply chains with their smallholder farmers.
Joseph is a consultant providing project development and management support in market systems creating them to themes - climate change, resilience, gender, youth and SDGs.
