
JOSEPH NJUGUNA
My name is Joseph Kamande Njuguna currently working for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as the national Livestock Officer under the Resilient Foods and Livelihood System (RF&LS) sub-programme.
Am based in Nairobi, Kenya.
My work entails mainly coordination of implementation of projects within the realm of Livestock Development and Resilience, with a bias for Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALS) inhabited by pastoralists. I have over 20 years working in livestock development.
I hold a Bachelors’ degree in veterinary medicine, MSc Entrepreneurship and I am enrolled for a PhD programme in veterinary public health. I have interest in issues Antimicrobial Usage and Resistance.
