Hans Muzoora, an experienced Market Systems development professional, has over twenty five years of leadership in the international development field inspiring and influencing change in policy and programmes and collaborating with others to build evidence of what works to reduce poverty. Hans ,currently works as the Agriculture Finance Advisor in the Market Systems and Finance Division under the Center for Ag-Led Growth in the Bureau of Resilience and Food security. Hans provides technical advice on policy and program issues related to agricultural finance and accessing private capital for agriculture and nutrition investments. His expertise is in market systems, agricultural commodity-based trade, rural livelihoods, resilience, inclusive finance, and private sector investment. Before joining USAID, Hans worked in the public, not-for-profit and for-profit sectors implementing agriculture projects mainly in East and Central Africa.He has several years of progressively responsible experience managing diverse teams and operation functions, including public-private partnerships (PPPs), grants program management, and adaptive programming for activities as large as $60 million
