Erica Gralla is an assistant professor of systems engineering and engineering management at the George Washington University. She leads a research group that studies decision-making in real-world contexts, including disaster response, international development, and systems engineering and design. Her group uses methods from systems engineering, operations research, and management to develop better decision-making tools and strategies. She aims to work closely with organizations, bringing sophisticated techniques to bear on real-world problems, and developing solutions that can be deployed in practice.
