Efficient communication between areas of the process aiming for objectivity and consolidated data management. Partnerships with stakeholders (Research, Operation, Development and Commercial) to ensure alignment with a product concept and business priorities and needs. Experience in implementation of Research and Development projects with Corn (Double Haploid and Marker Recombination) and Soybean (Seed Chipping) crops covering planning activities (labor, budget, deadlines) and team leadership.
