I am the Gender Specialist at CIAT. I provide technical backstopping in 30 countries across Africa. In collaboration with gender focal persons from national agricultural institutes and the private sector, I identify constraints, design projects and interventions that address these gender constraints along the different nodes of the the bean value chain. 

I also work on reducing gender violence and child labour that results from bean commercialisation.
