I have more than 22 years of wide expertise on, Livelihood Promotion programme with IRRI, CIMMYT , NABARD,Odisha Forestry Sector Development Project, Odisha Tribal Empower Livelihood Programme Plus in different part of Odisha and Jharkhand • At present I am working as a Officer Agricultural Research Development in International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and looking over 11 districts of Western Odisha. Specifically, demonstration and dissemination of climate resilience rice varieties.
