Curt Youngs
Dr. Curtis R Youngs is a Professor of Animal Science at Iowa State University. He also serves as the ME Ensminger Endowed Chair of International Animal Agriculture and as Associate Director in charge of Livestock and Animal Health Programs for the Iowa State University Center for Sustainable Rural Livelihoods. He has active collaborations in Uganda, Ethiopia, Algeria, Kosovo, and Peru which are focused on reduction of hunger and malnutrition and improvement of smallholder farmer income through more efficient and sustainable production of animal-source foods.
