Jonan is Founder and Team Leader at CICD-U that is a non-profit social enterprise and community development project for stimulating community development and creating bridges to prosperity of vulnerable people and communities. He is responsible for regular and efficiently reports to governance structures and develops and manages annual budgets and work plans. He has been supervising CICD-U secretariat team and updates and/or develops systems, policies and procedures for CICD-UG.
