Chloe Bass
Chloe Bass is an international development professional and Certified Professional Coach with over 15 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and INGOs. She currently serves as the Technical Advisor for Women’s Economic Empowerment at World Vision where she provides technical support to a global portfolio in the areas of proposal design, program implementation, capacity building, and external engagement.
Chloe has her master’s degree from the University of Denver in International Administration, Human Rights, and Humanitarian Assistance and her B.A. from Eastern University with a double major in Biblical Studies and Communication. She is also a Licensed Minister. Chloe has lived and worked in the U.S., West Africa, and the Middle East.
