People should eat well and if they need more energy, perhaps that energy should come from staples that are safely fortified with micronutrients for example. This is just a thought Dick Tinsley replied - Please look at the reference. If you don;t have sufficeint wages to afford quality food, or if you don't have the energy to work all day, you need to make compromises. For smallholders this severely limits the work day, delays activity and hinders production and food security. Lourdes Martinez answered - of course! that's a good point.
