Join the Institute for Feed Education and Research and World Wildlife Fund for the first of three webinars ahead of the Feed Systems Sustainability Summit as we explore topics impacting feed system sustainability. During this webinar, we'll discuss the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTI) and the upcoming Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG) guidance for food and feed companies. We'll also hear from McDonald’s and United Dairymen Arizona regarding how feed fits into their science-based targets and implementation plans.
Speakers:
- Christa Anderson, Director of Climate Science and Carbon Metrics, World Wildlife Fund Christa is one of WWF’s representatives and technical leads within the Science Based Target network and has been highly engaged in the development of the new Forest Land Use and Ag (FLAG) guidance.
- Kendra Levine, Director of U.S. Sustainability, McDonald's Kendra leads implementation of McDonald’s sustainability efforts across restaurants and supply chains in support of their industry-first science-based target.
- Brandon Clark, Business and Sustainability Analyst, United Dairymen Arizona With a background in supply chain and data analytics, Brandon applies those skills to help the 36 farmer members of the United Dairymen Arizona milk cooperative activate on sustainability at the field, farm and processing levels.
