Welcome to the Food Security Culture course!
This course is designed to help anyone working in food processing to become extra vigilant on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) so as to ensure products are consistently produced according to the stipulated quality standards, and most importantly the people working in these premises, adhere to the necessary environmental and operating conditions required for the production of high quality and safe foods.
This course uses GMPs as the foundation for supporting Food Companies build a Food Safety culture, since GMPs provide a standard foundational framework across all Food Industries on safety.
