I am an agriculture and livelihood professional have more than 20 years work experiences in the different fields of irrigation management, agriculture development, income generation and the livelihoods of rural farmers in Nepal and abroad. I am closely studying farmers and farming dynamics within the diverse geographic and climatic situations. Besides this I have been working as a master trainers of agriculture extension, crop production management, program planning, organic farming, seed production, group dynamics, IPM and System of Rice Intensification (SRI). Editing technical newsletter and editor/coordinator of agriculture radio program. 

Similarly I have been involving in SRI testing, promotion and coordination activities since 2003. Worked as a team-leader of Nepal Development Marketplace Award (NDM 2005) funding by the World bank on "System of Rice Intensification (SRI) Promotion Project" within Morang district and outside.

I am very interested to collaborate or co-work with any individual and organizations on above mentioned areas to uplift living standard of resource poor rural people in Nepal and abroad.
