Join the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and USAID Office of US Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA) for a Seed System Security Awareness-Raising Event—November 22, 2013 in Washington, DC. This event is open to program managers and technical advisors engaged in emergency agricultural and livelihoods response.

Objective

  • Increase awareness and understanding of seed security response during emergency and recovery periods
  • Introduce special assessment tools to guide seed security-linked actions.
